1. About Us

VQLSTUDIO. is an independent design studio creating thoughtfully designed, made-to-order objects inspired by everyday culture.

2. Products

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

As each item is individually produced, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, visible layer lines and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

VQLSTUDIO. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept secure payments through Stripe and PayPal.

Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

VQLSTUDIO. does not store your payment card information.

6. Production Time

As our products are made to order, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped using SingPost.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery is subject to the courier's operations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VQLSTUDIO. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of VQLSTUDIO. unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VQLSTUDIO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
