Returns & Refund Policy

At VQLSTUDIO., each piece is made to order with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect colour selection made by the customer
• Minor variations in colour or surface finish resulting from the 3D printing process
• Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and colour selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted, as each item is made specifically for your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Payments made through Stripe or PayPal will be refunded through the same platform used for the original transaction.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Custom Orders

Products featuring custom colour requests or other personalised specifications are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
