Each piece is made to order and carefully prepared before shipment. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Time

All preorder products are made to order.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. During new launches or peak periods, processing times may be longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed via email or Instagram.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

Orders are shipped using SingPost Prepaid Labels.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on SingPost.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

VQLSTUDIO. is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking

If your selected SingPost service includes tracking, the tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

VQLSTUDIO. is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to SingPost.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Every order is securely packaged before dispatch.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at valeriesoh.designs@gmail.com or via Instagram @madebyvqls. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with SingPost.

Self-Collection

Where available, self-collection details will be arranged directly with you after your order has been confirmed.
